By accessing the website, installing the app, creating an account, joining a trip, or using a related service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Armada.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and comply with the laws that apply to you. Do not use Armada while driving in a way that distracts you, or for unlawful surveillance, harassment, emergencies, or dangerous activity.
You are responsible for the account activity performed through your sign-in methods and for keeping recovery details current. Do not impersonate another person, share credentials, or create accounts to evade a restriction.
An invite opens a review flow; it does not guarantee admission. Organizers control their trip, members choose whether to share, and every participant must respect the group’s boundaries and safety controls.
You retain rights to profile information, messages, reports, and other content you submit. You grant Armada a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, display, and secure that content only to provide the service, enforce safety, and meet legal obligations.
Map positions, ETAs, voice, messages, and road reports may be delayed, incomplete, simulated, or wrong. Do not rely on Armada for emergency dispatch, collision avoidance, medical advice, or guaranteed arrival.
You may not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, probe, evade access controls, distribute malware, stalk people, send unwanted communications, or use Armada to coordinate harm.
Armada may rely on identity, hosting, mapping, payment, communication, and app-store providers. Their terms and privacy practices may apply to those parts of your experience. We do not control third-party outages or policies.
We may suspend or terminate accounts, trips, invites, or features when necessary to prevent abuse, respond to legal demands, protect safety, investigate incidents, or address a material breach. We will use a fair process where practical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Armada is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or fit for every purpose. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Armada and its providers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Any limitation is subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
We may change features, pricing, policies, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or a reasonable notice channel. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
These terms should name the governing law, venue, consumer protections, and dispute process for Armada’s operating entity and customers. The final clause is intentionally left for counsel to complete.
